▶ How to order?

  1. Please use our order form under the order tab. We require 24 hours notice for our gourmet cupcakes. Any orders placed and paid before 5 pm of the business day will be processed that day and delivered the next day. Custom orders require a minimum of seven day notice.
  2. DELIVERIES START AT 6PM - 9PM. If order placed by 5pm SUNDAY through THURSDAY order can be picked up the next day between 6 pm – 9 pm. If order is placed on FRIDAY order can be picked up Sunday 12 pm – 6 pm. No Deliveries on Saturday.
  3.  If order is placed after 5pm it will be processed the next business day. Example order placed at 5:30 pm Monday will be processed on Tuesday and delivered Wednesday.
  4. Choose the flavor of icing and cake you want. Select the cake type and quantity. Then select a delivery location and time that's convenient for you. Wait for your confirmation email and pay. And we will see you at your delivery location with your cake.
 

▶ What kind of bakery is this?

BlueSodaCake is a home based bakery in Greensboro, NC approved by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture. We deliver our cakes around the city of Greensboro. We bake and decorate cakes for all occasions. Please see our order form to find the delivery location nearest you.

▶ Where is your bakery?

BlueSodaCake is a home based bakery located in Greensboro, North Carolina. Our mailing address is 415 Pisgah Church Rd. #176, Greensboro, NC 27455 .

▶ Hours of Operation?

We deliver between the hours of 6pm to 9pm Monday Through Friday, and 12 pm to 6pm on Sunday. There are no deliveries on Saturday.  Custom orders are not bound to this schedule. 

▶ Will you deliver to my home?

For safety reasons we do not deliver to residential addresses. We deliver to reception halls, churches, event halls, businesses, schools, universities, and other public places for custom orders.

▶ Do you offer consultations or tastings?

Yes we are available for both consultations and tastings. Use our contact page to reach us.

▶ Do you ship?

We are currently not shipping any cake orders.

▶ I want a bigger cake than the sizes you have listed on the Menu page. Is that possible?

Yes! We do custom orders. Please fill out our custom order form, and we'll be able to make the right sized cake for you! If you cannot find an answer to your question in our FAQs, please submit them through our contact form.
