People always make accusations of fraud and mismanagement against black run charitable organization. And I am loathe to admit it, these accusations are, in the main, true. However, what is not admitted is that white run organizations commit fraud and mismanagement at the same level, if not greater simply because they are not under such scrutiny.

I have faith that Wyclef will do the right thing. I have faith that what Wyclef is doing is the right thing. And my fervent prayers go up for the people of Haiti.

I went through this on 2 occasions. A few years ago, I built a site kinda like iMeem from the ground up. Worked on it for a couple years and the client ended up not using it. More recently, I revamped a dance school’s website…and they ended up not using it.

Frustrating as hell to do so much work and be creative only to have your work never see the light of day. I think if there had been contracts in place for those jobs, things would have been a lot smoother.
